Individual – Aged between 18 yrs. To 70 yrs. Renewal up to Life time for Adults.
Children between 5 months to 25yrs. Can be covered only when covered with at least one parent. Renewed till age 25 years

SI Limit for spouse – 50% SI of Prime Earning member-proposer (Max15Lac)
SI Limit for children – 25% SI of Prime Earning Member-Proposer (Max5Lac)
10% discount on premium if more than one individual from the same family is covered

Risk Group Classification
Risk Group – 1: Persons engaged primarily in Administrative functions
Table A – 45 times of the monthly income as additional SI.
Risk Group – 2: Persons engaged in
Table B – 80 times of the monthly income as additional SI.
Risk Group – 3: Working in explosives industry, mine and / or magazine workers, high tension supply, horse racing including jockeys, athletes and occupations of similar hazard.
Table C – 100 times of the monthly income (or) Up to Rs.15 Lakhs

Additional Benefits in Star Health Accident Care Insurance Plan:

Claims Procedure in Star Health Accident Care Insurance Plan:
- Call the 24-hour help-line for assistance – 1800 425 2255 / 1800 102 4477
- In case of planned hospitalization, inform 24 hours prior to admission in the hospital.
- In case of emergency hospitalization information to be given within 24 hours after hospitalization.
- Cashless facility wherever possible in network hospital
- In non-network hospitals payment must be made up-front and then reimbursement will be affected on submission of documents.
